The car is one of the most widely used means of transport to get to Venice, although it should be remembered, can not be used in the city.
Venice is connected to the mainland by the Freedom bridge that leads directly to Piazzale Roma.
This is the limit for the use of the car so you need to park your car.

Where can I park my car? There is parking on the Tronchetto island that is reached by turning right at the end of Liberty Bridge. Or you could leave your car in Mestre (there are car parks at the beginning of the bridge or train station) and from there continue by bus or train.
Some parks also make reservations for cars.

For those who decide to travel by train, will travel with Trenitalia and get to the only station in Venice Saint Lucia. Passing through trani Eurostar, Intercity, Interregional and local authorities.

From the station you can reach anywhere in the city either on foot or using a boat.
