The Eden House B & B is located on the Giudecca Island facing San Marco which is 4 min. by boat. In a nice house in Venice, guests can stay in two suites, independent from the rest of the house, and have exclusive use of the beautifully manicured garden.

La suite La Rosa has 2 bedrooms, large dining room and bathroom with tub and shower. The rooms are air conditioned. It can comfortably hold two to five people.

The Tulip suite, suites rustic, comfortable and practical. It consists of large bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Is particularly suited to those seeking greater autonomy. It can comfortably hold two to three people.

Guests can avail themselves of the barbecue and all the spaces of the garden (gazebo, playground, etc.) course in respect of the environment and nature.
Provides set of linens, bed linens and towels, soap, hair dryer.
The guest can have breakfast, which will be supplied but not served from 7 am to 11 am and take the boat that will take him to Venice in around 5 minutes. Also enjoy complete freedom of return.

Getting there:

• From the airport:

At the airport Marco Polo (Venice), take bus No. 5 or 5D for Venice and get off at the terminal in Piazzale Roma.
From here take vaporetto number 41 or 2 for Zitelle.

• From train station:

From the station of the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), you can
reach "Eden House" through the line 41 or 2 in few minutes.

• From Mestre by car:

Once in Venice, if you drive, you can leave the car park at Tronchetto and from there take bus No. 2. If you come by bus from Piazzale Roma you can reach "Eden House" from Piazzale Roma by line 41 or 2.
